C. We do not allow adult-related websites. Any websites found with relativity of adult material will be removed from the LIfetime Textlink Directory without notice and without refund.
D. REFUND POLICY: LifetimeTextlink.com does not refund any funds sent. If a payment has been sent to LifetimeTextlink.com, it is solely in LifetimeTextlink.com’s hand and we clearly reserve the right to decline any requested refunds.
E. LifetimeTextlink may remove your listing if:
- It contains pornography of any type.
- It is deemed as a "link farm". A link farm is defined as a page with nothing more than links.
- It is considered as a spam website. A spam website is a website that serves no purpose other than to generate money or to earn search engine ranking. Example sites include "MFA" (Made for Adsense) and PPC Arbitrage sites.
- It promotes any type of illegal activity.
F. LifetimeTextlink.com reserves the right to modify, move or remove any listing without notice.
G. LifetimeTextlink reserves the right to modify this terms of use without notice. It is your duty to stay updated.
H. You must use proper spelling and grammar on your title. Do not use inappropriate upper-case letters to attract visitors.
I. You may not add the same URL twice with the same title and description. If this occurs, the two listings will be merged into one and the bids will be totalled. |
